“Finding and selecting a roofer demands a serious approach as they all arrive promptly and provide estimates immediately. We settled on Ross because of his reviews on Checkatrade and his estimate was comprehensive and provided an exact statement as to how our money was going to be spent.

Ross allocated 7 days for the work to be completed. In that time all of our tiles, battens and lining on half of our roof would be removed and would be replaced with new materials. After day one it became clear that the remainder of the roof, on personal inspection, would, in the future, require replacing. We took a decision for Ross and Nick to re-roof double the initial roof area. An adjustment was made and additional materials were purchased. An extra colleague was brought on site for 5 days to assist with the extended workload.

On the 7th day the final ridge tile was set in place. We were very pleased with the entire experience in that a minimum of intrusion was made and the site never became messy and untidy. We found both Ross and Nick very enthusiastic about their workmanship. We enjoyed their company as they strived to ensure the well being of our property for many years to come.
